I went and listed items I have for donation with photos and a lady there in told me that I could bring in and just mention her name. I went and tried to put it there , and another person came and told me that they can't collect them even after mentioned the lady's name. Now I feel like I should have put it in bin instead of wasting time to donate.
- Rhonda Matthews Added April 21, 2022★ ★ ★ ★ ☆I love dropping in to this store to browse and buy. It's well laid out, with lots of variety of homewares, clothing and books. The staff are very friendly and committed. Some things seem a tad overpriced but it's all for a good cause.

Support Lifeline! - One_Person's Opinion Added April 08, 2022★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆One of the most overpriced charity shops in Sydney. Prices often higher than retail price for same item. I would never donate items to this shop as they are so greedy.
- W Chang Added April 03, 2022★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Staff member was spoke quite curtly when I came to ask if I could donate some items. She asked me, "what have you got?" So I started listing some items and she just shot them all down one by one. "No, don't want that, no.. No.. No, don't want that item." It wasn't what she said but how she said it. 30 second conversation that I cringe at for how rude she was. I'm sure it's not easy to sift through donations in order to obtain resalable items but she made me feel guilty for even trying to donate just by the way she spoke. That's all I remember when I drive past the store now.
