I explained that I am moving overseas in a couple of weeks so it was fairly urgent and Darren agreed to do the quote for me. Despite about 5+ emails and calls from me over the following week and a half, they still haven't managed to get 5 minutes of work done - I can't imagine how long it would take for them to actually complete a repair! Utterly woeful and a total waste of my time.
